Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of purchase.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them (unused, with any original packaging and inserts).

  • Please include your order number or receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping and the label cost.

  • If the return is due to a seller error (e.g., faulty/damaged book, wrong item sent), we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at vietbookstoreLLC@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send instructions (and a prepaid label if it’s our fault).

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our fault).

  • If we provide a return label for customer-initiated returns, its cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we’ll process a refund per the terms above.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Fault)

  • Please contact us within 14 days of purchase with photos of the issue and the packing slip.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads, gift cards, and clearance/final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Lost or Unreceived Returns

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit when the customer arranges shipping.
